Do I have to go through all three phases?

No — we meet you where you are. Most clients enter at Phase 02 and work forward, while some start at Phase 01 and others come to us strictly for Phase 03 scaling work. You only pay for the phase you're actually in.

Is this coaching or done-for-you?

Both, depending on the phase. Phase 01 is typically coaching and intensives — because the work is strategic and has to come from you. Phase 02 and 03 often become done-for-you builds and retainers, because execution speed matters once the foundation is set.

How long does each phase take?

Phase 01 typically runs 4–8 weeks. Phase 02 typically runs 6–12 weeks. Phase 03 is ongoing — scaling and optimization are never one-and-done. Your consultation will give you a tighter estimate based on where you are.

What if I've already done some of this work?

Perfect — that usually means you move faster. The roadmap consultation identifies exactly what you've already built, what's working, what needs a reset, and what to tackle next. We don't rebuild things that already convert.
